Perfect Binding at Home

This guide explains how to do your own paperback binding at home, using simple tools and materials.

You can buy a hot melt glue gun for a few pounds or dollars. Apart from a domestic iron, most of the other equipment you’ll need is already to be found around the home or workshop or can be purchased for very little money.

With practice quite reasonable results can be achieved for a one-off book. Even making a few copies is not too great a challenge.
